How can someone access the website?
The site is accessed simply by logging on to our website www.bornandgone.com and then entering the name of the newborn in a box that appears after you have selected "celebrate a birth" on the front page.
Who creates, edits and updates the website content?
When you create the announcement you will be asked to
choose a password, which gives you exclusive access to
an easy-to-use tool which you can use to add, change or
delete website content.
Visitors to the website will also be able to add tributes
(free of charge) to the site, when a tribute has been
added the website manager (you) will receive an email
notification and have the option to delete the message
if required giving you full control over the content.
How long does it take to create a website and how
much does it cost?
Creating a website takes no more than 5 minutes and costs
£9.95 for a standard site which includes the announcement, main photo, a gallery of 10 photos and a video clip. You can add extra galleries of photos in blocks
of 10 for £1.95 and extra video clips for £1.95
each. The whole site can be retained every year for a
renewal charge of £9.95.
